Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over 50€. For orders under this amount, a flat fee of 7 USD applies. We ship worldwide to the European Union (including Spain), the United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Canada.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, and in some cases up to 15 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking information will be available within 24–72 hours after your order is placed. As soon as your package ships, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number and link to follow its status at any time.
I placed an order with multiple items. Will they arrive together?
Not always. Some items may ship separately if they come from different artisan partners or warehouses. In that case, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
I received an email asking for customs payment, what should I do?
Be cautious. Some phishing emails impersonate carriers (like DHL, UPS, Correos) asking for customs payments. Normally, you should not pay anything additional to receive your order. If you receive a suspicious email, do not click the links and contact us at goldenisdivine@gmail.com so we can verify it.

What should I do if I receive a defective product or something is missing?
If your item is defective or incomplete, please contact us at goldenisdivine@gmail.com. We will provide you with a prepaid return label, so you don’t have to pay for return shipping.

Are your products handmade?
Yes. Each item is meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans, ensuring that every piece is unique.
Who makes the jewelry?
Our pieces are created by independent artisans. By purchasing from Golden is Divine, you are directly supporting them and their communities.
Are all pieces identical to the photos?
No. Each piece is handmade with natural stones. This means color, shape, and texture may vary slightly. Natural imperfections like fissures or partial holes are part of their uniqueness. If you expect stones to be completely uniform, this product may not be suitable for you.
How can I care for my bracelets and necklaces?
Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, or chemicals. Store them in a dry place, ideally in a soft pouch, to prevent scratches. Clean gently with a soft cloth when needed.

We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal.
I made an order but didn’t receive any email, what happened?
Check your spam or “Promotions” folder (if you use Gmail). If there is still no confirmation, it may be that you entered your email address incorrectly. Please contact us at goldenisdivine@gmail.com so we can correct it.
