Return Policy
Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date of your purchase to request a return. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Health and personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within several business days.
Restocking fees may apply if the item is returned used, not in its original condition, or if the return is due to customer error (for example, providing an incorrect shipping address or refusing to pay import duties).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Refunds and exchanges apply equally to sale items. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at goldenisdivine@gmail.com and we will assist you.
Shipping for Returns
To return your product, you must first email us at goldenisdivine@gmail.com.

If the item is defective or missing parts, Golden is Divine will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid return label.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For items valued over 75€, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Golden is Divine cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
Restocking Fees
Restocking fees may apply when the return is due to reasons outside our standard policy, such as:
