Do you ship internationally? How much is shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide to the European Union, the United States, Canada, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Shipping is FREE for all orders over 50€. For orders under this amount, a flat shipping fee of 7 USD applies.
Occasionally we run special promotions with free shipping on all orders.
Where do you ship from?
Golden is Divine is based in Spain. We also collaborate with trusted partners and artisans in Europe, the United States, and Asia.
Depending on the product, your order may be shipped from Spain or directly from one of our production partners.
If you order multiple items, please note they may be shipped separately as different products are fulfilled by different partners.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Order processing time usually takes 1–3 business days before shipment.
Delivery times for all destinations are typically 5 to 10 business days, and in some cases may extend up to 15 business days.
Please note that delays may occur due to customs or local postal services, especially during peak seasons.
My order has not arrived yet, why?
While many parcels arrive earlier than expected, some may experience delays due to customs or local postal services.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at goldenisdivine@gmail.com and we will assist you.
If necessary, we can reship your order or issue a refund.
I have received only part of my shipment, where are the other items?
Since we work with multiple partners, your items may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive separately.
This is normal, and the remaining items should arrive shortly.
If you would like an update, please contact us with your name and order number.
What about possible customs fees?
Golden is Divine is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes once the order has shipped.
By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and, in rare cases, may be subject to customs fees when they arrive in your country.
Will this item get to me before a specific date?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or special occasion gift, we recommend placing your order at least 4 weeks in advance.
